Online Order Fulfillment
- We stock and ship 98% of the over 3000 products in our current catalog, within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and Holidays. The other 2% are being carefully hand-built, and we request a full week as the formal turnaround time. If raw material shortages cause longer than normal lead times, we will contact you.
- Our standard shipping method is UPS and FedEx for domestic orders and the US Postal Service for international orders.
- All fillable orders ship by 2 pm PST. All orders received after 2 pm get rolled over to the next day.
- Expedited orders (Overnight and 2-Day) will be prioritized for same-day shipping if placed by 2 PM PST. In cases of product fitment concerns, we will do our best to reach out to resolve the issue if found, but we will prioritize shipping the order on time.
