Return Policy


Returns for online orders are accepted if they meet the following criteria:

1. Order was placed in the last 30 days.
2. Products are in new and unopened condition.
3. If there is a red seal on your product, it must be intact.
4. Products have not been installed or test fitted.
5. Product must be complete with all components returned.
 

If all of these criteria are met, please send us pictures of the item to info@iwireusa.com so we can verify that everything is in new condition. Once we verify the condition, we'll have you send them back. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the item.
 
Buyer is responsible for returning the item, including shipping costs, unless otherwise noted. Once the item is received and checked to ensure it is in its original condition, iWire will refund the purchase (minus 15% restocking fee) via the original payment method.
 
We do not accept returns on our wiring harness merges or custom harnesses. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact our tech support department at info@iwireusa.com.

IMPORTANT: Before returning any item for credit, exchange, or warranty repair (RMA), you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from iWire Customer Service at info@iwireusa.com

RMA Conditions:

1. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. It will expire on the 31st day after issuance.
2. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, and a printed copy of the RMA form must be included inside the package.
3. Products returned without a valid RMA number or without the required RMA paperwork may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or discarded.
4. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to iWire for RMA returns.
5. Returned products must be received in new, unused, resellable condition and in the original packaging.
6. iWire is not responsible for products returned without a valid RMA number
