Returns

Returns for online orders are accepted if they meet the following criteria:
1. Order was placed in the last 30 days.
2. Products are in new and unopened condition.
3. If there is a red seal on your product, it must be intact.
4. Products have not been installed or test fitted.
5. Product must be complete with all components returned.
 
If all of these criteria are met, please send us pictures of the item to info@iwireusa.com so we can verify that everything is in new condition. Once we verify the condition, we'll have you send them back. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the item.
 
Buyer is responsible for the return of the item, including shipping cost, unless otherwise noted. Once the item is received and checked to ensure it is in its original condition, iWire will refund the purchase (minus 15% restocking fee) via the original payment method.
 
We do not accept returns on our wiring harness merges or custom harnesses. If, for some reason, you are having a technical issue, please get in touch with our tech support department by emailing info@iwireusa.com.
