December 2024 Update: iWire is no longer offering harness merge services so we can focus on other parts of the business, including iDCCD, plug-and-play harnesses, and replacement electrical components. As part of this change, our technical support, wiring guidance, and troubleshooting assistance for harness merge projects will be very limited moving forward.
We appreciate everyone who trusted us with their swap wiring over the years.
These blog posts will remain available as a resource for the Subaru swap community.
To learn more about why we ended our harness merge services, please read the blog post below:

We get calls and emails all the time about people wanting to swap an EJ20 Subaru engine into their car and we love to help with this! However, it's not enough information since the term EJ20 is a very general identification for any Subaru EJ engine that has 2 liters of displacement. It's not specific to the model year, whether it came with a turbo, AVCS, etc. So when you are describing your engine to us for your build please be more specific (ex: version number or year). If you aren’t sure, then you are welcome to send us a picture and we can help identify it.
We've included a basic list of common engines with some general information to assist.
Not sure which engine you have? Watch this video to learn how to identify your engine.
