Can I get my item faster?
In most cases, yes. iWire stocks and ships the majority of our catalog quickly, and expedited orders are prioritized when placed before our daily shipping cutoff. If you are in a bind, contact us with your order details and we will review the best available options.
How order fulfillment works
We do our best to move orders quickly while making sure the correct parts are being sent for your Subaru project.
Most products are stocked
We stock and ship 98% of the over 3,000 products in our current catalog within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some items are hand-built
The remaining 2% are carefully hand-built. For these items, we request a full week as the formal turnaround time.
We will contact you if needed
If raw material shortages or other issues cause longer than normal lead times, we will reach out with an update.
Shipping options
The shipping carrier depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic orders
Our standard shipping methods for domestic orders are UPS and FedEx.
International orders
Our standard shipping method for international orders is the United States Postal Service.
Expedited orders
Overnight and 2-Day orders are prioritized for same-day shipping when placed by 2 PM PST. If there are product fitment concerns, we will do our best to resolve them, but we will prioritize shipping the order on time.
