When the boost gets turned up, it's time to swap out the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.
Don't Take Any Chances with Cutting and Splicing
If you have already purchased the upgraded MAP sensor, it will come with a connector. Still, you don't want to take the risk of incorrectly connecting the wires or the joint failing. The last thing you want is the MAP sensor to fail mid-pull. With our harness, you save yourself the headache of tracking down the diagrams since our harness is plug-and-play and of course, you can trust the quality of our iWire Spec harness. If you ever need to revert to stock, unplug it.
Speed Density and Upgrade MAP Sensors are a Perfect Pair
If you are going with a Speed Density setup, we highly recommend upgrading your MAP sensor at the same time. The more refined calibration of the upgraded sensor will make sure the tuner can really lock in the airflow calculation.

Pressure Sensor Add On
If you have not already purchased the pressure sensor, iWire can supply it. The 3.5 BAR (50 PSI) would be the most common sensor to select. We also carry the 5 BAR (72 PSI) for extremely high boost builds.
Map Adapter Bracket
The bracket mounts into the stock location so the AEM Map sensor can tie into the intake manifold for pressure. If you have an aftermarket manifold (IE AMS or Process West) you may not need the bracket if the MAP sensor is screwed directly into the manifold.
