Modern DCCD Control for the 2004 STi
Upgrade the factory Driver Controlled Center Differential system with modern control, configurable driving maps, live vehicle data, and clean integration with the controls already installed in your STi.
The iWire 2004 STi iDCCD Controller brings modern technology and greater adjustability to the original DCCD system. Designed specifically for the 2004 Subaru STi, it provides a vehicle-specific solution that retains the factory driving experience while adding the control and configuration options expected from a modern drivetrain controller.
In automatic mode, iDCCD continuously adjusts the center differential lock based on vehicle and driving inputs. The system responds to changes in acceleration, braking, speed, and vehicle movement, helping the drivetrain adapt to the current driving situation.
Manual control and configurable driving maps allow the system to be tailored for different vehicles, driver preferences, surfaces, and conditions.
Keep the Factory Controls
The 2004 STi iDCCD Controller is designed to integrate with the original DCCD control layout, including the factory adjustment roller, Auto and Manual switch, and instrument cluster display.
You retain the familiar appearance and operation of the original system while gaining a modern controller working behind the scenes.
Configure With iWire Connect
The iWire Connect App gives you access to system configuration, driving maps, live data, diagnostics, and controller settings.
Firmware updates can also be installed through the app, allowing the controller to receive improvements and additional functionality as the iDCCD platform continues to develop.
Built Specifically for the 2004 STi
This is not a universal DCCD controller adapted to fit the vehicle. The controller, wiring, mounting, inputs, and operating strategy are designed around the electrical system and factory DCCD controls found in the 2004 Subaru STi.
The vehicle-specific design creates a cleaner installation, reduces unnecessary wiring, and allows the finished system to operate as it belongs in the car.
Ready for Future Expansion
The iDCCD platform is designed to support continued development and additional integration options. Available expansion connections can be used to share data with compatible digital displays, standalone engine management systems, data loggers, external sensors, and CANbus devices.
This gives the controller room to grow alongside the vehicle without requiring the complete DCCD system to be replaced.
